Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies
Cancellations or Changes - Once an order is placed it is processed and shipped in a timely fashion. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or change your order. Once in production we may not be able to change or cancel the order. An order goes to production after you approve the artwork. We invoke the right at our discretion to charge a $25 service fee plus any production charges accrued including but not limited to art charges, paper or product proofs, setup charges, shipping, etc. Returns - We accept no returns on imprinted items. All sales are final. Claims - If you think you have received product in error, the merchandise is damaged, or there is a quality issue in question, please contact our customer service within 5 working days from the receipt of product for instructions. Claims received after this timeframe may not be reviewed. A sampling of the products in questions is required for us to review. Once products are received we will review the products within 7 business days. Any credits, returns, or refunds will be processed within three business days after review, unless subject to additional manufacturers policies.
